Hi, I’m Natalie.
I’m an executive coach supporting co-founders to build, deepen and repair their relationships.
I’m deeply committed to helping people create meaningful partnerships. I believe that organizations cannot survive if the relationships within it are dysfunctional. And, unfortunately, many organizations are built off of dysfunctional relationships. My practice is informed by extensive training in Internal Family Systems therapy and Co-Active Coaching.
I build tools and content to help people grow as builders and leaders.
I am one of the co-hosts of INSTINCT: a podcast about leadership, one animal at a time.
I’ve recently launched The Ripple Deck with my friend and collaborator Steph Stern. It’s a facilitation tool to help you (and your team!) rethink your relationship to power.
I write about leadership and product development. Some recent favorites include: Setting better goals, Why most managers aren’t great coaches, Rubber Band Theory of Conflict, Investing in decision-making skills early, and Facilitating better Product Reviews
I’m currently working on my sewing skills and building creative communities.
In the past, I graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Linguistics before moving to Turkey as a Fulbright Scholar. I then migrated to Khan Academy, where I fell in love with product development before spending four years building new products at Quizlet. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Practitioner, with additional training in IFIO. In collaboration with global VC firm Amasia and UK-based non-profit Behaviour Change, I also co-developed AxBC: a free program that helps climate and sustainability-focused leaders learn and integrate principles of behavior science into their products.
